  • 30-year Navy veteran Neelley has lived in Wyoming since 1992

    Charles Neelley didn’t plan to move to Wyoming, but once he fell in love with the setting, he couldn’t go back. Neelley, a retired four-star Navy admiral with 30 years of experience who served in Korea and Vietnam, has family history in North Carolina dating back to the 1700s but has resided near Story since 1992.

Attorney General Peter Michael briefly discussed two cases directly involving landowners at the 99th annual meeting of the Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation: State of Wyoming v. Clayvin Herrera and MT v. WY regarding water rights on the Tongue River Reservoir.

First of all, as a serving county commissioner and not up for reelection, I speak only for myself. But I need to comment on the question, which only seems to come up in election years, of whether we should have three or five commissioners.
