Wyoming Attorney General Peter Michael and Wyoming State Engineer Patrick Tyrrell currently plan to attend.

The presentation will be held at the Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library’s Inner Circle Meeting Room beginning at 6 p.m.

The library is located at 335 W. Alger St.
