SHERIDAN — Sheridan Memorial Hospital is seeking a design for its 2015 Christmas card. Entries will be accepted from third-, fourth- and fifth-grade students in Sheridan County.
Artwork provided by students will be judged by a committee and the overall winner’s design will be used on the card sent out in December. In addition to recognition on the card, the winner will receive a $50 cash prize. All entries will be displayed in the hospital lobby throughout the Christmas season. Entries must be turned in or mailed by Nov. 24.
Entry forms are available at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital admissions desk or on the hospital website at sheridanhospital.org.
The artwork must be approximately 8.5-by-11 inches in size — do not fold artwork or include a mat or border. It should be Christmas themed and should not be mechanically or electronically generated. The artwork should be an original creation of the child done in color (markers, crayons, paint, etc.).
Include the child’s name neatly printed on the back side of the artwork and send it, along with an entry form, to Sheridan Memorial Hospital, 1401 W. Fifth St., Sheridan, WY 82801 by the Nov. 24 deadline.
Only one entry per child will be accepted for the contest.
