SHERIDAN — The Sheridan County Museum will offer guided tours of the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery in September and October.

There will be two tours offered on Sept. 26, Oct. 3 at Oct. 10 at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily.

Join museum director John Woodward on an exploration of Sheridan County’s past through the lives of past residents. The early tour will focus on general history of Sheridan County and the later tour will focus on the history of coal mining in Sheridan County.

Tours are open to all at a cost of $5 per person. Space is limited on each tour and spots can be purchased ahead of time at the museum.
