SHERIDAN — A Gentle Yoga Balance class is scheduled for 10:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Sheridan Senior Center.

Cindy Baker from A Place of Wholeness Yoga Studio will lead the class. It will incorporate mindful meditation practices and is designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and to help people be more conscious of how they breathe. Participants will also learn eye exercises that help the eyes and foster relaxation.

Participants can adapt movements to their particular body and abilities by standing or sitting in a chair.
