SHERIDAN — Sheridan College athletes received All-Region recognition in soccer, basketball and rodeo.

“We are so incredibly proud of these students’ achievements,” said Athletic Director Rich “Bubba” Hall in a press release. “They are outstanding student athletes and great representatives of Sheridan College in the region.”

Two Lady Generals were honored for women’s soccer, with Elizabeth Pickett selected to first team All-Region and Kieli Stults selected to second team All-Region.

Marques Scott from the Generals’ soccer program earned first team All-Region honors, and teammate Tanner Smith earned second team All-Region honors.

For women’s basketball, Madison Roush earned first team All-Region honors. For men’s basketball, JoVon McClanahan earned second team All-region honors and Marcus Stephens earned an honorable mention.

SC rodeo team member Coby Johnson won the Central Rocky Mountain Region bull riding event.
