SHERIDAN — Sheridan College’s annual booster club spring golf tournament has been set for May 17 at the Powder Horn.

A four-person scramble, the event costs $125 per golfer, with that fee getting participants 18 holes of golf, and various other benefits.

Golfers receive a gift bag, dinner at the awards ceremony, and a 2013-14 season pass that grants entry to all home basketball and volleyball games, soccer matches and the Pat Hamilton Rodeo.

Flag prizes are available at each hole, and a $300 cash prize goes to the winner of a morning putting contest the Friday of the tournament, which will be followed by a hole-in-one/closest to the pin contest.
