SHERIDAN — Sheridan High School wrestling has four duals in three days, the first of which came Thursday night against Kelly Walsh High School.

The Broncs hosted the defending state champions, earning a 42-25 victory.

The dual started at the 182-pound class. Sheridan’s Quinton Mangus lost by an 8-2 decision.

In the 195-pound class, Jim Strobbe picked up six points of the Broncs by falling his opponent in 2:37.

Sheridan’s Ethan Johnson won the 220 weight class by a fall in 1:50.

Sheridan’s Justin Vela won by forfeit in the heavyweight class.

Kolton Powers won the 106-pound class by fall in 0:47.

Sheridan’s Landon Wood lost by major decision 9-0 in the 114-pound class.

Rudy Osborne won by fall in the 120-pound class.

Dawson Goss won by forfeit in the 125-pound class.

Hunter Godwin won by fall in the 132-pound class.

Reese Osborne won by a 14-7 decision in the 138-pound class.

Alex Jack lost in the 145-pound class by fall.

Colson Coon lost by an 8-5 decision in the 152-pound class.

Brock Steel won by a 12-6 decision in the 160-pound class.

Hayden Crow lost in the final match of the night by a 7-5 decision in the 170-pound class.

The Broncs host Cheyenne East and Cheyenne Central high schools Friday at 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sheridan wraps up a busy week hosting Cheyenne South 10 a.m. Saturday.
