SHERIDAN — A human trafficking and exploitation caregiver class for parents, educators and youth workers will take place Oct. 23 from 6-7:30 p.m.

The class will explore how grooming and trafficking can happen, even in rural areas like Sheridan County. Participants will explore how vulnerabilities can lead to exploitation, learn tips to talk to youth and signs to look for.

There is a $5 suggested contribution to attend.

The training will take place at Illuminate Church, located at 38 S. Main St.
