SHERIDAN — Do you live along a stream or river? Would you like to learn more about what you can do to help maintain healthy streambanks and corridors on your property?

An informational workshop on streamside stewardship will take place May 16 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library.

Discussion topics will include: basic functions of streams and rivers and common problems living along a waterway; riparian management and aquatic habitat; treatment options and regulatory considerations.

The workshop is free and open to the public, and is made possible by Barnyards & Backyards, Rural Living in Wyoming.
