SHERIDAN — The University of Wyoming Extension will host the next class in a series of three classes highlighting tools and techniques for freezing, dehydrating, fermentation, water-bath canning and pressure canning.

The second class will be offered Thursday on fermenting vegetables and water-bath canning from 5:30-8 p.m.

The classes cost $10 each or $25 for all three. Scholarships are available to cover the cost.

Class size is limited and early registration is recommended.

The classes will be held at the Watt Agriculture Center located at 3031 Coffeen Ave.
