Elita Henderson places beef Tournedos on the skillet during lunch hour Thursday at the Wyoming Culinary Institute on South Sheridan Avenue. There are currently 24 freshmen and 12 second-year students enrolled through the Sheridan College’s Culinary Institute. The restaurant is open Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and in the evenings from 5 to 8 p.m. The Sheridan Press | Justin Sheely
