LARAMIE — The Laramie Lady Plainsmen put a stop to the Lady Broncs winning streak Saturday afternoon.

Sheridan Lady Broncs lost to Laramie 0-4.

“I walked away feeling the girls played extremely well,” coach Mallery Marshall said. “They played strong defense. Laramie is just a real tough team.”

The Lady Broncs played stong in the first half and went into halftime down by just one goal. But, Laramie scored two points due to Lady Broncs errors, Marshall said. She added that Lady Broncs goalie Sarah Letempt had four quality saves.

The girls also made solid shots on goal, but none made it to the back of the net. Robbi Ryan, Marissa Johansson, Emily Julian and Jennae Fieldgrove each made strong offensive attempts.

The Lady Broncs will play at Gillette on Friday at 3 p.m.
