SHERIDAN — The history of Yellowstone National Park will be the topic of the next “Casual Conversations in History.”

Fort Yellowstone, early travel and tourism and hotels are some of the items that will be discussed on May 8 from 10-11 a.m. at the Sheridan Senior Center, 211 Smith St.

The conversation will be led by Helen Laumann, board member of the Sheridan County Historical Society.

These conversations are free and open to the public.
