SHERIDAN — Sheridan College was recently ranked eighth in a 2013 “Community College Week” special report identifying the 25 fastest growing community colleges. The report placed SC in a category of similar-sized institutions enrolling 2,500 to 4,999 students and compared the change in enrollment from the fall of 2011 to the fall of 2012.
The college had an increase of 9 percent during that time.
SC was the only school in the region to make the list, which was dominated by schools in Sun Belt states.
