RINOS should resign

Once again, the RINO Republicans in the Wyoming Legislature have shown their true color — yellow. Senate Majority Floor Leader Phil Nicholas, R-Laramie, who controls which bills get a hearing, didn’t bring up the pro-”assault-weapons” bill or a companion pro-gun bill by Friday’s deadline, according to The Associated Press. Both bills had already cleared the House.

Sen. Nicholas killed the bills because the Wyoming Gun Owners Association dared to criticize Nicholas and state Sen. Leland Christensen, R-Alta, for watering down the pro-gun bills to the point of being worthless.

Other RINO republicans like state Rep. Rosie Berger, R-Big Horn, and her friends, oppose the pro-gun legislation, claiming federal law would trump state law. Another lie from the RINOS!

The 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

The Constitution, and the Bill of Rights were crafted by the Founding Fathers to protect the states and the people, from an overly intrusive big brother in Washington, D.C.! When Barack Obama reveals his gun-confiscation agenda, this will become abundantly clear.

If our wimps in the state Legislature lack the honor, integrity and the courage to defend the Constitution and the people of Wyoming, they should resign their office immediately, if not sooner!
