SHERIDAN — Four local churches have canceled their regular Sunday services to join together for “Faith in Action.”

On Sunday, Sheridan Wesleyan, Grace Anglican, Bethesda Worship Center and Cornerstone Community Church will practice purposeful acts of kindness throughout Sheridan.

Volunteers from these churches will join together for a prayer and worship time at Kendrick Park at 9 a.m. before heading out to various service projects in the community.

Following the completion of the projects, volunteers will again join for fellowship and worship at Kendrick Park.
If you know of someone in need of help, such as an elderly neighbor who needs help with yard work, call Stacy at 701-580-1870 or Ryan at 751-5989.

To sign up as a volunteer to work on a Faith in Action service project, contact Stacy at 701-580-1870 or Ryan at 751-5989.
Organizers will let volunteers know when they call if there is anything special they should bring to work on the project to which they will be assigned.

For those who do not sign up for a project in advance, wear work clothes and bring work gloves with to the worship service.
