SHERIDAN — Doc Severinsen and His Big Band will perform at the WYO Theater on Wednesday.

Severinsen was the band leader on “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson” until the show went off the air and the band went on the road.

He plays with some of the show’s best musicians including Ed Shaughnessy, Ernie Watts and Snooky Young.

The consistently sold-out tour presents solos from many band members but features Severinsen on trumpet solo.

Tickets are $42 for prime seating, $34 for reserved and $20 for students.

Tickets are available now online at www.wyotheater.com, at the box office located inside the theater at 42 N. Main St., or by calling 672-9084.
