Portable Masterpieces @ The WYO Theater
Sep 23 @ 7:30 pm

SHERIDAN — Before the Internet and television, there was radio. Before radio was Vaudeville. The small orchestras of radio shows and vaudeville stages performed music from the golden days of steamer trunks, wicker chairs, potted palms and all-night soirees.

A program at the WYO Theater will pay homage to those past forms of performance Saturday at 7:30 p.m. with the presentation of “Portable Masterpieces” by Trinkle Brass Works.

The event will include an evening of ragtime, light classical and snappy radio tunes.

Tickets to the show cost $5.50 to $14.50 and are available through the WYO Theater box office, by phone at 672-9084 or online at wyotheater.com.

The WYO Theater is located at 42 N. Main St.
