Koltiska Pumpkin Patch opens Wednesday

SHERIDAN— The Koltiska pumpkin patch will be open for the season on Wednesday. This year is their tenth anniversary, and each purchaser will get a raffle ticket and they will draw for ten prizes. Cost is $6 to pick a pumpkin, and cost includes a wagon ride and refreshments. No dogs, please. Their hours will be Wednesday through Friday, 3-6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, noon until 6 p.m. and they will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays. The last day they’ll be open will be Oct. 12. The patch is located at 120 Cat Creek Rd. For more information call 307-737-2272.

Big Horn Women’s Club meeting @ Clubhouse

BIG HORN—The Big Horn Women’s Club is having their first fall meeting Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the clubhouse. Participants will be informed of the history and etiquette of tea by French pastry chef and food historian Louise Morand. Dress for a tea party, including hats. Birding at the Brinton scheduled for Saturday @ Brinton Museum

SHERIDAN — Join instructor Dr. Jackie Canterbury for “Birding at the Brinton” on Saturday from 8-10 a.m.

All ages and abilities are welcome, especially beginners.

This event is free and open to the public.

Girl Scouts seeking members and volunteers @ Subway in Walmart

SHERIDAN—The Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming is seeking members and volunteers. They will be at the Walmart Subway on Saturday from 3-5 p.m. If you sign up for the Girls Scouts, you will receive a free six inch sub sandwich, and bring a sock for a fun craft. Final Sheridan Farmer’s Market @ Grinnell Street Plaza

SHERIDAN — The next and final Sheridan Farmers Market will be held Thursday on Grinnell Plaza. From 5-7 p.m. vendors will sell produce, arts and crafts and more as live music, children’s activities, demonstrations and nonprofit booths are hosted. This week’s activities include an acoustic set by Bill Heide. Attendance is free for customers and vendor booths are available to rent.
