SHERIDAN — Officials at Powder River Energy Corporation are preparing a filing with the Wyoming Public Service Commission to increase the company’s base rates beginning in March 2014, according to a media release.
In order to allow members the opportunity to learn more about the process and reasons for the filing, the cooperative will host a series of meetings in July at offices throughout Wyoming.
The Sheridan meeting will take place July 24 at 1095 Brundage Lane beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The exact amount of the increase will be determined at the time of the filing.
