SHERIDAN — Landon’s Greenhouse and Nursery invites the public to enter their first annual garden tour “The Amazing Gardens of Sheridan County.”
All types of gardens are eligible — including but not limited to flower gardens and landscape gardens.
Entries can be made at Landon’s by submitting a current purchase receipt with your name, phone number and address written on it.
Entries are being taken now through the second week in June.
Landon’s staff will judge all entries during the weekend of June 21 and will narrow the contestants to a final six.
The finalists will open their gardens for a community viewing on July 20. The winner will be chosen by a public vote.
Prizes are available to all winners, and they also have the possibility of having pictures of their gardens used in future Landon’s advertisements.
See Landon’s website www.landonsgreenhouse.com for more information and complete contest rules.
Landon’s is located across from Sheridan College at 505 College Meadow Drive and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
