SHERIDAN — The cashier’s office at Sheridan Memorial Hospital has been moved to the front entrance of the hospital, according to a press release. The office is located immediately to the left after entering the main hospital doors.
The cashier’s office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Patients can also make payments at the front admissions desk from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, according to Susan Novak, hospital controller.
“We want this process to be as simple and convenient as possible for our patients,” Novak said. “With our continuing focus on improving customer service, we thought this would be a change we could make with our patients in mind.”
The change was made to consolidate all payments for services by Sheridan Memorial Hospital and its affiliates into one convenient location.
Patients who have questions about their bill should first check in with the cashier’s office and staff will make sure someone is available to help answer their questions. Patients can still contact the billing office if they need more information about their bill.
