SHERIDAN — The Sheridan-Johnson County chapter of the Wyoming Archaeological Society will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday in the Le Gourmet room of the Sheridan Holiday Inn.
Dinner can be ordered from the menu, however it is not necessary to order dinner to attend the program.
Following dinner, about 7:15 p.m., archaeologist Pat Bower will address the society.
Bower is an archaeologist with the Bighorn National Forest in Sheridan. He has a degree in anthropology from Colorado State BNF in 2012.
Bower has worked archaeological sites in Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii and Wyoming.
The Archaeological Society welcomes the public to attend this free program. Reservations are not necessary.
