SHERIDAN — The Sheridan Senior Center is featuring the topic of integrative therapies in health promotion at its Healthy U! Health Fair on Aug. 26.
Area professionals in integrative therapies in health promotion will be at the fair to share educational information and demonstrations on topics such as chiropractics, yoga, acupuncture, Tai chi, deep tissue massage and aromatherapy.
The fair will also host its popular “Talk with a Doc” station for health fair visitors to bring health questions to medical doctor.
The Healthy U! Program is a monthly mini health fair focusing on one topic each month. The health fair is held at the Sheridan Senior Center at 211 Smith St. on the fourth Tuesday of each month between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The fair is free and open to the community of all ages.
