SHERIDAN — The Sheridan Senior Center will host a presentation Tuesday on self-defense for older women beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The presentation is offered free to community members of all ages through the Senior Center’s “When I’m 64 or more” Life Planning Lecture series.
There is no advance sign-up required.
Presenter Francine Russell of Empower Wyoming will be joined by Tracy Will, victim advocate from the Advocacy and Resource Center, for the presentation and demonstration.
The presentation will be in the Senior Center’s dining room, located at 211 Smith St. Entrance to the presentation is through the main doors.
