Local youth help Team Wyoming win All-Star Academic Challenge

SHERIDAN — Team Wyoming won the fourth annual Montana-Wyoming All-Star Academic Challenge in June.

Held at Montana State University-Billings, the competition consisted of a team of six high school students from each state playing in a variety of formats covering all academic subject areas.

Team Wyoming consisted of students from Sheridan County including Andrew Schuster and Ben Warder, both of Big Horn, and Owen Bensel of Sheridan.

The team was coached by Tim Maze of Tongue River High School.

The 2015 All-Star Competition will be held at Sheridan College next June.
