WEATHER FROM OUR SPONSORS
SHERIDAN — A local realtor has earned a performance award after meeting criteria established by national standards. Century 21 Sales Associate Roger St. Clair was given the company’s President’s Producer’s Award.
The PPA is an acknowledgment that St. Clair actually won two other awards within the same calendar year.
The Centurion Producer Award honors employees that earn $199,000 in sales production or close 58 or more properties within one year. The second award St. Clair earned was the Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, which is given when a realtor receives a completed customer survey from 30 percent of their clients and is scored at least 95 percent or higher for two consecutive years.
“We are thrilled to recognize Roger’s work for this momentous achievement,” Century 21 President and CEO Rick Davidson said. “This is an outstanding honor since only a small percentage of agents in the United States received this award for sales.”
