SHERIDAN — Sheridan’s emergency responders were called to a single vehicle rollover at Kendrick Park at approximately 10 o’clock last night. A 17-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Details regarding the accident were limited this morning, but the Sheridan Police Department’s activity summary indicates the teenager was cited for driving while under the influence and reckless driving, and was later released to his mother. His blood alcohol content was 0.08 percent.
No further details were released regarding the incident, including where in Kendrick Park the rollover occurred and how fast the driver is believed to have been going.
Juvenile court proceedings are generally not part of the public record.
