SHERIDAN — Sarah Grace Howard of Livingston, Montana, signed a National Letter of Intent on April 30 to join the Sheridan College Lady Generals women’s soccer team.
Howard started playing soccer when she was 5 years old.
“My dad was a great supporter of my playing and pushed me to be my very best,” Howard said.
Howard started her soccer career off as a striker. After an injury in the goal box her freshman year, Howard became a defender for four years.
“I am very excited to have Sarah as part of the SC women’s soccer team,” head coach Stefan Skillman said. “Sarah is a very fast player and at the same time calm and collective on the ball with great passing vision and decision making.”
Howard will be joining Bethany McVay and Cary Covill as part of the 2014 recruiting class.
