SHERIDAN — The Sheridan branch of a national real estate company has been awarded the highest recognition within the company.
Century 21 BHJ Realty Owner and Broker Bruce Garber accepted the Art Bartlett 2100 Cup Award at the company’s global conference last month in Las Vegas.
Garber purchased the 35-year-old business in 2005 and helped introduce the design for the company’s Farm & Ranch brand. Garber’s office tested the niche-market program tailored for agricultural land. Garber’s application of the program translated into a staple tool now available to all members of the Century 21 system.
“We operate in a small market and try to leverage all the products and tools the Century 21 brand brings to the table,” Garber said in a press release.
CEO Rick Davidson said Garber’s contributions to the company and the community have been exceptional.
“Bruce Garber and Century 21 BHJ Realty not only utilize the training, tools and technology provided to the system, they also leverage the national marketing strategies locally and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the Sheridan community,” he said.
Century 21 is the largest real estate franchise in the world. It is comprised of approximately 7,100 independently owned offices spanning 74 countries and territories.
The Art Bartlett 2100 Cup is awarded annually to a company branch that demonstrates exceptional community leadership and professionalism.
