DAYTON — The Bowhunters of Wyoming have chosen to complete a project in Dayton with some of the group’s funding this year. The BOW raised $13,500 off of a raffle they held for a commissioner’s tag.
At the BOW’s 2014 meeting in Laramie late last month, the group approved several projects for completion, including the purchase of a night vision monocular for the Wyoming Game and Fish law enforcement in the Dayton area.
Several other projects around the state were also approved and Sheridan was chosen as the location for the BOW’s 2015 banquet.
To date, BOW has raised and distributed more than $165,000 for projects around the state.
