SHERIDAN — The University of Wyoming Extension will host a series of three classes throughout April highlighting tools and techniques for freezing, dehydrating, fermentation, water-bath canning and pressure canning.
The first class will be offered Thursday on freezing and dehydrating from 5:30-8 p.m.
The classes cost $10 each or $25 for all three. Scholarships are available to cover the cost.
Class size is limited and early registration is recommended.

The classes will be held at the Watt Agriculture Center located at 3031 Coffeen Ave.
