Build your personal emergency kit: Week 24

It’s been 24 weeks since a snowstorm created power outages in the Sheridan area on October 4, 2013. How did you weather the outages?

The Sheridan Senior Center has published a weekly plan for assembling your personal family emergency kit and included tips on how to prepare for a possible emergency on a 24-week calendar plan. Thanks to Sheridan County Public Health for providing the plan. Here is Week 24 for your emergency at-home preparedness kit. Remember to rotate foodstuffs and to keep suggested food items one per individual in your family.

Week 24: Grocery Store
