WEATHER FROM OUR SPONSORS
SHERIDAN — Local AARP volunteers and Wyoming Retired Educators of Sheridan are partnering with local food banks for a “Souper Bowl” community food drive.
Starting Monday and running through Jan. 31 there will be two drop-off sites collecting non-perishable food donations.
The drop-off sites will have two decorated boxes representing the teams competing in the big game, the Broncos and the Seahawks, for members of the community to vote for their favorite team by filling the appropriate box with food donations.
All food received will be used by local food banks.
The drop-off locations will be the Sheridan Senior Center located at 211 Smith St. and the YMCA located at 417 N. Jefferson St.
