SHERIDAN — Sheridan College will present “The Legacy of the First World War: The View From One Century Later” on Feb. 6.
Mike Walker will present a brief overview of World War I, the magnitude of the slaughter that accompanied the war and the consequences of it. The free presentation will begin at 7 p.m. in the Whitney Presentation Hall.
A more in depth look at World War I will be offered in a seminar class beginning Jan. 22.
The class will be taught by Walker on Wednesday evenings from 6-8 p.m. Registration is now open at www.sheridan.edu.
