SHERIDAN — The Wellness Council of Sheridan County will host a Wellness Festival with the theme “creating balance in the chaos of everyday life” on Jan. 24 and 25 in the Edward A. Whitney Academic Center of Sheridan College.
On Jan. 24 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. keynote speaker Jones Loflin will present “Juggling Elephants.”
Heavy hors d’oeuvres and dessert will be served during this kick-off event with the nationally recognized speaker and author.
Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at Journey’s Center of Wellbeing, located at 37 S. Main St.

On Jan. 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the Wellness Festival will include eight breakout sessions, 17 interactive exhibitor booths and a prize drawing at the end of the day. The event is free and open to the public of all ages.
From 3:15-5 p.m. a showing of Cirque Du Soleil “Worlds Away” will be offered.
