SHERIDAN — The Sheridan-Johnson County chapter of the Wyoming Archaeological Society will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Holiday Inn.
The meeting will be held in the Le Gourmet Room and dinner may be ordered off the menu but no purchase is necessary to attend. Following dinner, at about 7:15 p.m., a free program featuring Sheridan archaeologist Andrew Owens will be offered.
Owens will present “Let’s Go Fly a Kite: Kite Aerial Photography and Archaeology.”
Reservations are not required and all members of the public are welcome to attend.
