Missed plowing Wyoming Ave.
Re: 5,000 miles of snow off the streets
I read recently that the city had cleaned up and removed 5,000 miles of snow off of the streets.
Well, evidently they forgot at least one. (I’m sure others also.) Wyoming Avenue which just went through a $4 million improvement has totally been ignored. The snow route was declared, everyone moved their vehicles and waited, and waited. A very quick plow went through. You would think that a new street that was doubled in width and parking on both sides added would warrant some attention. No such luck. It may not be a main route, but it is used quite a bit between Coffeen and the downtown area. If the number 5,000 is correct (really?) does that mean plows down or just driving around? Thats a lot of miles for Sheridan.
