WEATHER FROM OUR SPONSORS
SHERIDAN — The next annual Relay for Life fundraiser benefitting the American Cancer Society won’t be until June 2014 but the planning season is about to commence.
The planning committee is looking for volunteers to meet once a month through June at the Welch Cancer Center.
Those interested in helping can attend the next planning committee meeting Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
The cancer center is located at 1585 West Fifth St. just west of the hospital.
The kickoff event for Relay fundraising is scheduled for Jan. 23 so immediate help is needed to make it happen.
