Sheridan College postseason volleyball honors

SHERIDAN — The Sheridan College volleyball team had two All-Region IX selections after finishing a 20-win season last week.

Carley Gerving and Britney Titensor led the Lady Generals and received the highest honors, with Titensor named All-Region IX for the second year.

Gerving will continue her volleyball career at South Dakota State University, and is expected to sign next week.

After a 13-win season in 2012, the Lady Generals finished 20-15 winning their first-round game at the Region IX tournament before being eliminated.
