‘Miss Representation’ Tuesday at Carriage House Theater

SHERIDAN — The film “Miss Representation” will be shown Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Carriage House Theater, 419 Delphi Ave.

This film was originally scheduled to be shown at the FAB Women’s Conference, but was rescheduled due to weather.

This documentary by Jennifer Siebel Newson explores how the media’s misrepresentations of women have let to the underrepresentation of women in positions of power and influence.

A panel discussion will also be held Tuesday night following the film screening.

The cost is $10 per person.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.thesheridanpress.com/fab. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
