SHERIDAN — Wyoming Water Association will host a training in management strategies during its annual meeting and education seminar to be held at the Sheridan Holiday Inn Oct. 22-24.
The training will be provided by Dr. Hans and Annemarie Bleiker with the Institute for Participatory Management and Planning.
The Systematic Development of Informed Consent strategy that will be presented is the result of more than 40 years of Bleikers’ research and development work.
SDIC is a fundamentally different approach to managing important projects. Besides getting even the most controversial proposals implemented, the SDIC strategy creates trust, respect and credibility for public officials using a consent-building method.
