Lady Generals earn win over Casper College

SHERIDAN — The Lady Generals volleyball team finished their home schedule with a win Thursday night, also finishing the week on a three-game win streak.

Sheridan College defeated rival Casper College in a full, five-set match (28-26, 25-18, 15-25, 20-25, 16-14) Thursday night on sophomore night, sending off five players.

Britney Titensor, Kaylin Edwards, Carley Gerving, Jenna Jordan and Tessa Woods were recognized Thursday as departing two-year players.

The Lady Generals are 18-10 overall, a mark better than where they were a year ago, preparing for the final stretch of their season. They sit at 4-3 in North Sub-Region IX play.

The team finishes the season with five more conference road games this month before the Region IX tournament Nov. 6-9 in Torrington.
