Sheridan County Library Foundation awarded $24,000

SHERIDAN — The Sheridan County Library Foundation was awarded a $24,000 grant from the Wyoming Community Foundation in early September.

The award is made possible through the McMurry Library Donor Advised Endowment Fund held by the Wyoming Community Foundation.

The funds are specifically to be used for archival projects in The Wyoming Room at the Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library. The Wyoming Room is a professional resource for historic preservation that houses numerous collections of historic books, documents, photographs, films, audio recordings and objects.
