Tongue River forfeits Burns game
SHERIDAN — The Tongue River Eagles forfeited their game with Burns that had been rescheduled for today, due to the fact that the long Monday road trip would force them to miss two days of school. The Eagles (1-4), were set to play in Burns (5-0) at 6 p.m. today after closed roads moved the game back further Saturday from its original Friday time.
Big Horn, Glenrock to play tonight
SHERIDAN — The Big Horn Rams moved back their game with Glenrock to today at 6 p.m.
After the orignally schedule Friday game was pushed to Saturday afternoon, closed roads Saturday forced the game back to Monday. The Rams and Herders both sit at 3-1 behind 5-0 Burns in 2A East standings. Big Horn will have a short week, traveling to Wheatland on Friday.
