SHERIDAN — Volunteers of America Northern Rockies held their third annual Recovery Graduation Sept. 14.
Recovery Graduation honors men and women who have gone through the substance abuse recovery process and continue on the road of sobriety.
VOA recognized 20 men and women who returned to participate in the graduation from its substance abuse programs, The Life House and The Gathering Place.
More than 150 family members, friends, current clients and community members also shared in the celebration of sobriety with these men and women.
Graduation speakers included two former residents, Wyoming Mental Health and Substance Abuse Administrator Dr. Alice Russler, VOA Board Chair Galen Chase and VOA President and CEO Jeffrey Holsinger.
