Tennis: SHS caps regular season

SHERIDAN — The Sheridan High School tennis team finished a strong weekend over Powell and Cody, moving into the final two weeks of their season.

Julia Fenn completed an unbeaten regular season as she defeated Taylor Blough 6-0, 6-0 Saturday during the Lady Broncs 3-2 loss to Cody. Hannah Maixner and Sam Hamilton won their No. 1 doubles match.

The Broncs used wins from Reed Ritterbusch, and all three doubles teams to defeat Cody four matches to one.

Sheridan will travel to Casper for the two-day conference meet beginning Friday. State is set for next weekend in Gillette.
