Sheridan Municipal Cemetery was established in 1890 and now has over 19,000 people buried there.

The Wyoming Room and the city clerk have both done extensive work attempting to reconcile these differences and produce a comprehensive guide to the cemetery.
Emborg has researched the cemetery for years and is especially knowledgeable about Civil War veterans buried there.
