SHERIDAN — Sahida Temple No. 86 Daughters of the Nile is holding a Ride for the Kids poker run and Oktoberfest Sept. 21.
Registration is at the Kalif Shrine Center from 11 a.m. to noon.
The blessing of the vehicles will be at 11:45 a.m. followed by run.
All the motorized vehicles are welcome.
The first poker hand is $15 and additional hands are $10. You can throw out a card and buy a new one for $5.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle with tickets priced at $1 each or six for $5.
The poker run route will start at the Kalif Shrine Center at 145 W. Loucks St. and then proceed to the Big Horn Smokehouse in Big Horn, Chuck Wagon Country Store and Ponderosa Pub in Story, Carousel Ice Cream Shop and Putt Putt Golf in Buffalo, The Ranch at Ucross and back to the Kalif Shrine Center.
After the ride there will be music and an Oktoberfest dinner starting at 5 p.m.
